production, they propose their product ranges or design new

The Protection & Hygiene Department
is at the origin of the company E.I.F. It specialises in the
converting of non-woven fabrics.
This E.I.F. department carefully selects parent reels of non-woven
fabric according to users' technical and economic needs in
order to convert this raw material into the finished product
and propose adapted solutions.
E.IF. is both a creator and a manufacturer,
and its manufacturing procedures therefore integrate different
techniques such as cutting, bonding, sewing, gluing and folding,
depending on the products to be executed, as well as packaging.
The products are manufactured mainly in our two Picardy production
units or in our production unit in eastern Europe.
Our main products concern the fields of hygiene and protection.
Consequently, wide ranges of high-tech
cleaning fabrics and personal protective garments and accessories
have been developed for applications in industrial or medical
environments.
E.I.F. also manufactures products in Tyvek® and Sontara®
under DuPont de Nemours licence.

The department specialises in 3 sectors
of activity :
the filtering of gases and liquids before
analysis with applications such as separation, coalescence,
drying on porous mediums in fibre glass, stainless steel,
PTFE and permeation membrane, with efficiencies up to 0.3
micron.
water filtering with a technology of automatic
and autonomous filter cleaning for flows from 20 to 10,000m3/h
in standard and for filtering thresholds ranging from 9 mm
to 15 microns.
filtering processes for gases and liquids
with porous mediums in stainless steel, monel, inconel, titanium
and ceramics for high temperatures.
These materials have thus made it possible to develop new
filtering and tangential ultrafiltering technologies.
Created in 1968, the Tools and Verification
department has become, by its rigour and conscientiousness,
the undisputed partner of large industrial sectors, such as
Automobile Constructors, Railway Constructors, Shipyards,
Aeronautics and Aerospace, Iron and Steel Industry, Iron Works,
Smelting Works, Energy and Mechanical Engineering sub-contracting.
It is in this way that E.I.F. Tools & Verification has
won the position of leader in the field of belt saws with
the distribution of WIKUS products.
This department deals with :

for tooling and metal cutting
the perfecting of belt saw blades
trading of accessory products
The sales team has the task of advising
customers by helping them choose the product that offers the
best solution as regards the tool/material pair in terms of
yield.
